2022 Topps x Bobby Witt Jr. Crown Collection Baseball is a set designed with direct participation from the Royals rookies. e online-exclusive looks at different aspects and themes from his young career and applies it to a multi-generational checklist.
Boxes, which cost $39.99 on the Topps website, come with 25 total cards: 22 base, two parallels numbered to 150 or less and one die-cut insert. Autographs and memorabilia cards combine to land every other box.
e base set has 50 total cards, mixing current and retired players. Within those 50 cards are five subsets. Crown Jewels covers the first half of the checklist and highlights key players who were highly touted prospects on their journey to the majors.
2019 MLB Dra Class covers Witt and four other big names who were selected three years earlier. e design on these draws inspiration from the dra picks subset in 1993 Topps Baseball, connecting to Derek Jeter, one of Witt’s heroes.
MLB bloodlines are featured on dual-player In the Family cards.
Rounding out the set are Big League Inspirations and Speedsters.

Witt has ten different autographs in the product, all numbered to 125 or less. Among them is a base parallel of his In the Family base card that’s a dual autograph with his dad, Bobby Witt who had a 16-year big league career from 1986 to 2001. Autographs are on-card.
irteen of the Crown Jewels base cards have relic versions. Bigger in Texas is a set of die-cut cards. All five players in this set are from Witt’s home state of Texas.
