In view of the values of most Doncic rookie issues, the price seems right for this less-thanplentiful first-year sticker. Online raw sales (from early/mid-May) fall into the lower end of the current price range. Even graded Mint 9 copies have sold recently for less than triple digits, somewhat surprising considering these stickers’ conditionsensitive nature and low-slabbed population.

2. 2018 19 Donruss The Rookies #3 Luka Doncic ($30 $80)

Recent online raw sales are trending at the lower end of this price scope, presenting a seemingly good buy even if it’s not for the base set RC. ough generally less regarded than the Optic counterpart, this paper version proves tougher to come by in high grade due to the thinner card stock; the BGS

POP report shows a roughly 2:1 Gem Mint/Pristine ratio of Optic vs. regular Donruss.

3. 2018 19 Panini Chronicles #553 Luka Doncic Crusade ($40 $100)

Considerably more affordable than the collector favorite Panini Prizm and Donruss Optic versions, this Crusade variety sports the similarly appealing chromium features.

4. 2018 19 Court Kings #145, #177, #201 Luka Doncic ($150 $400)

For those preferring cards with an artistic flair, hobby-only Court Kings features a tiered rookie card format with four different RC versions, each with a different look and rarity. While the Level IV resides in a different value stratosphere, the other types are solid buys for the collector with a bit more to spend, and all three sell at remarkably comparable price levels.
