The Eagles were in desperate need of a runner last season, ranking 28th in rushing offense. Howard averages more than 1,100 yards per season and has scored 25 total touchdowns in his three years. It’s hard to say how he will fit in a pass-focused offense. He could take a lot of pressure off Carson Wentz, who is building a history of injury in his short career.

Howard’s best Rookie Cards command about $40-$80. On the lower end of that range are 2016 Panini Preferred #82 SL JSY AU/199 RC and 2016 Panini Contenders #318 AU RC. His 2016 Panini Black Gold #88 JSY AU RC is a great option for less than $25.
