We’ve all been waiting to see if the demand for Mario’s RC would pick up in the wake of those epic Wayne Gretzky RC sales, and this may be the leading edge. A PSA 10 Gem Mint copy sold for $54,000 at a November 2021 Heritage event, so this bump of nearly 20 percent in just three months is noteworthy. Is it a trend? We’ll see over the next few months.

ere are nearly 50 PSA 10s in circulation so they’re not impossible to find but they verge on the unlikely. It’ll be interesting to see if an owner decides to capitalize on this sale to see what the market might bear.
