Betty L., nee Hangsleben, Fahrner, 90, of Belleville, IL, born on Oc­to­ber 5, 1928, in Shiloh, IL, passed away Novem­ber 26, 2018, at St. El­iz­a­beth’s Hos­pi­tal, O’Fal­lon, IL.

Betty was a re­tired Di­etary Clerk. She was a mem­ber of PSOP, Win­dow’s and Win­dower’s Club, Vol­un­teer Food Pantry, and the Se­nior Cen­ter.

She was pre­ceded in death by her hus­band, James; daugh­ter, Linda Heise (Fahrner); and two sons, Ken­neth Fahrner and Roanld Fahrner. Sur­viv­ing fam­ily mem­bers are her daugh­ters, Shirley (James) Payne and Sandy (Mark) Brown; grand­chil­dren, To­bias Heise, Gre­gory Heise, Johnathan Fahrner, Eric Behrens, Julie Behrens, Lind­say Fahrner, Ken­ton Bick­lein, Kyle Bick­lein, Jenna Brown, and Bran­don Brown; as well as three great-grand­chil­dren.
