Brenda Peebles, 50, of Benton, was arrested at Relax Inn and charged with possession of a controlled substance; possession of drug parapherna­lia; driving over, upon or across a dividing line on a controlled­access facility; failure to signal and being named in an active warrant.

Bryan Jordan, 39, of Benton, was arrested on Hiland Circle and charged with domestic battery.

6:25 p.m.

Joseph Scroggins, of Traskwood, reported his vehicle was damaged at Bernard Holland Ballpark.

Richard Brown, of Brown’s Small Engine, reported a lock and chain was stolen from the business’ back gate.
