• Robert Bowers Clark was charged with threeClass D felonies for possession of a controlled substance schedule I,II meth cocaine less than 2g, possession of drug parapherna­lia meth cocaine heroin fentanyl, and fleeing and a Class A felony for possession with the purpose to deliver meth cocaine equal to or greater than 10 g and less than 200 g.
