• Matthew Allen Ludwick was charged with two Class D felonies for possession of a controlled substance schedule I,II meth or cocaine less than 2g and possession of drug paraphernalia meth, cocaine, heroin or fentanyl and a Class C felony for failure to appear on a felony.
