Frank Davis Corley, Jr., 97, of Benton, Arkansas, went to be with his Lord on March 10, 2022. He was born April 25, 1924, in Little Rock, Arkansas, to the late Frank Davis Corley, Sr. and Treby (Covington) Corley.

Frank was a devout Christian and an active member of First Baptist Church in Benton for over 71 years. He was a long-time deacon, taught Sunday School, and served on the Pastor Search Committee. Family was very important to Frank, and he took great care of his wife and three daughters. Frank served 6 years on the Benton School Board. Some of his hobbies included woodworkin­g and yard work. Frank was a dedicated man-dedicated to God, dedicated to family, dedicated to community, and dedicated to working hard.

Preceding Frank in death were his parents, Frank Davis Corley, Sr. and Treby Corley; and brother, Guy Corley.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory the love of his life of 78 years, Jean Corley; three daughters: Ellen Gunderson, Carol Corley and Gayle Corley; two grandsons: Seth Gunderson and Garrett Gunderson; a great-granddaugh­ter and namesake, Frankee Gunderson; and many family members and friends who love Frank and will miss him always.

Visitation will be held 10 - 11 a.m. Monday, March 14, at First Baptist Church of Benton, Selph Hall. Celebratio­n of Life, officiated by Dr. Rick Grant, will follow at 11 a.m. Private burial will be held later at Pinecrest Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of your choice.
