I am Uniquely Qualified for the Appeals Court

-

Upon my return from playing on the international stage, I hit the books in law school. I have been an attorney for twenty-five (25) years.

For the first ten years, I represented clients just like you. I stood before judges and juries. I represented parents, children, and grandparents. My clients trusted our American legal system to get answers for their lives and to get those answers right.

For the past fifteen years, I worked at the Court of Appeals for Judge Larry Vaught. There, I worked on more than one thousand five hundred (1,500) appeals cases. Similar to my proven record in basketball, today I am uniquely qualified for this very specific type of law and position.

Our Judge Vaught is retiring, and if you elect me, please know I’ll be ready to serve you on day one.

This is what I believe: Voters deserve an appellate judge with deep experience in this unique area of law. Voters want someone with a proven record in life and law.you want a person who will work day and night to protect our vulnerable children and innocent victims of crime. As appellate judge, I will ensure decisions are rendered in accordance with swift justice.

Voters also deserve a judge who understands fair play and hard work, and one who leads by example. We must, above all else, elect ethical judges who have no agenda beyond making the right decision. I place my trust in the integrity of our legal system and am committed to serving the people of Arkansas. With your support, I will do exactly that, but I need your vote to count!
