Why did you pursue the position you are running for?

I have been in Saline County my whole life. I have seen what used to be a well known position be turned into a joke, and for the most part, forgotten about. I plan to put legitimacy back into the position.

What prior experience do you have that is applicable to this position? How do you plan to use this experience?

Though I have no law enforcement experience, I spent years as a local volunteer firefighter. Public relations is part of my daily life. I was raised to help out in my community whenever possible. If elected, I plan to pursue Saline County’s Deputy Reserve school to better myself as the Constable.

What plans do you have to improve Saline County/ your district?

I plan to work as the Constable to the best of my ability. I will get out in the county where there is no local city police, and where the sheriff’s department can’t always be. I plan to help communities by making a presence known where there generally isn’t one. I plan to help people in Township 1, whether it be a civil dispute, or helping someone with a flat tire. Its not all about strict police work.

Why should you get the people’s vote/ What makes you a better choice than your opponent?

I believe that I am the only person running for this position that has the county’s best interests at heart. I will work harder than anyone else to make the Township 1 Constable position have true meaning again. The people deserve a Constable that will do more than carry a title. Its not about bragging rights. Its about a better future for our small communities. It’s about A New Perspective For Saline County.
