One of the most famous Victorian houses in America is looking to add on and Eric Hollenbeck comes to the rescue to make pilasters, corbels and a balustrade as he works on an addition to “The Carson Mansion,” aptly the title of this new episode. Viewers also learn how the small city of Eureka, Calif., was founded, preserved and maintained, as well as how to cut wood so that it sheds water.

7 p.m. on FOOD Restaurant: Impossible

Fill’r up! Chef Robert Irvine takes on a unique challenge in Alabama where he must save a restaurant located at a gas station. Owner/ restaurate­ur Penny’s health and lifelong dream is failing, and she must make some big changes to more than just her business before she loses everything in the new episode “Running on Empty.”

8 p.m. on KARK NFL Honors

On the eve of Super Bowl LVII, the NFL dishes out its annual awards. Among them, of course, is the league MVP. Perhaps equally prestigiou­s is the Walter Payton Man of the Year award, which honors a player’s excellence on and off the field, especially with philanthro­py work. Andrew Whitworth of the Los Angeles Rams was last year’s winner. Whitworth was recognized for his fundraisin­g efforts to repair homes in his home state of Louisiana and to help Los Angelenos with housing.

8:01 p.m. on KTHV So Help Me Todd

Todd (Skylar Astin) agrees to help Susan’s (Inga Schlingman­n) fiancé locate a missing employee, but he stumbles into a case Margaret (Marcia Gay Harden) agreed to co-counsel with Gus (Jeffrey Nordling). When Margaret and Todd realize their cases are converging, a firewall is put into place to prevent them from communicat­ing with each other in the new episode “Wall of Fire.” Madeline Wise, Tristen J. Winger and Rosa Arredondo also star.
