Lucy Worsley in “Agatha Christie: Lucy Worsley on the Mystery Queen”

In this 1947 Christmas classic, a man going by the name of Kris Kringle (Edmund Gwenn) fills in as Santa for Macy’s Thanksgivi­ng Day parade. When he proves popular, Kringle claims he is the real Santa Claus, prompting a court case to determine the truth.

The Elf on the Shelf: Sweet Showdown FOOD 7 p.m.

It seems the elves are having some trouble with Santa’s sleigh, so Duff needs the teams to create a sleigh design that will blow away Mr. Kringle. The teams then build clever snow forts for a snowball fight between judges Kardea Brown and Ashley Holt.
