On Wednesdays, we head to Chicago. An all-new episode from this windy city-based medical procedural airs, following as doctors, nurses and staff balance a difficult profession with their intertwined personal lives. “Chicago Fire” and “P.D.” air next.

The Conners KATV (7) 7 p.m.

Life is full of twists and turns. However, a loving family can make even the toughest times bearable. As a working-class family in Lanford, Ill., the Conners deal with the daily struggles of relationships, finances and aging through love and laughter.

We Are Family KLRT (16) 7 p.m.

Hosted by the hilarious Anthony Anderson and his real-life mother, Doris Bowman, the final episode from this game show’s inaugural season airs, seeing the final six singers perform show-stopping solos and duets with their hidden famous relatives.

Survivor KTHV (11) 7 p.m.

Host Jeff Probst is back on beautiful Mamanuca Island in Fiji for this twohour Season 46 premiere, where another crew of manipulative castaways must try to “out-game” each other in hopes of lasting long enough to claim the $1 million grand prize.
