Rising star:

Monte, a twoyear-old terrier mix, is moving up in the world. Pulled from Animal Services Center of the Mesilla Valley in New Mexico by HALO Animal Rescue in Arizona, he was well-behaved and already knew how to sit on cue and walk politely on leash. Monte’s friendly personality and good manners caught the eye of Hollywood scouts and, in keeping with the best rags-to-riches stories, he was cast in the lead role of Tramp in the live-action Disney remake of Lady and the

Tramp. And like any Hollywood happy ending, Monte found a forever home when production of the movie wrapped.
