Shelter from the storm:

With Hurricane Dorian approaching the Florida coast, the folks at Jacksonville Humane Society (JHS) weren’t taking any chances. About 250 cats and dogs were moved into the safety of foster homes in just one week. These temporary fostering heroes, who care for animals during severe weather, are called “Storm Troopers” (not to be confused with their villainous namesakes, of course). JHS staff hope they enjoy the experience so much that they fall in love and adopt their foster pets, and roughly 20% do.
