Coming out of their shells

WHEN COLORFUL DUO Ylang Ylang and Donk Donk arrived at the Sanctuary, they were shy and a little nervous.

But curiosity tends to win out in the end, and it didn’t take long for them to start showing interest in their new surroundings. With inquisitive eyes and softly clacking beaks — one black, one bright orange — they finally came out of their shells (and, this time, not the egg type). Soon, they were off to a new home together — for further exploration, no doubt.
