prep 10 min­utes roast 12 min­utes at 400° F

4 cups as­sorted tiny toma­toes

2 Tbsp. olive oil

2 tsp. chili pow­der

1/2 tsp. sugar

1/2 tsp. kosher salt

Crusty bread

1. Pre­heat oven to 400°F. Place toma­toes in a shal­low bak­ing dish. Driz­zle with oil. Stir to coat. Sprin­kle with chili pow­der, sugar, and salt. Roast, un­cov­ered, 12 to 15 min­utes, or un­til skins just start to burst, gen­tly stir­ring once half­way through roast­ing time. Serve warm with crusty bread. Makes 10 serv­ings.
