MELTED TINY TOMATOES
prep 10 minutes roast 12 minutes at 400° F
4 cups assorted tiny tomatoes
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place tomatoes in a shallow baking dish. Drizzle with oil. Stir to coat. Sprinkle with chili powder, sugar, and salt. Roast, uncovered, 12 to 15 minutes, or until skins just start to burst, gently stirring once halfway through roasting time. Serve warm with crusty bread. Makes 10 servings.
