Gar­nish with ser­rano chiles, fresh dill, cu­cum­ber, and/or lime wedges. start to fin­ish 10 min­utes

1/2 cup as­sorted tiny toma­toes,

coarsely chopped

Steak sea­son­ing

Fresh dill

1 Tbsp. lime juice

Splash Worces­ter­shire sauce

Splash bot­tled hot pep­per


1 oz. gin (2 Tbsp.)

2 oz. tonic water (1/4 cup)

Ice cubes

1. Rub the rim of a 12-oz. glass with the cut side of a tomato. Dip rim in steak sea­son­ing to coat. Us­ing a wooden spoon, mash toma­toes and dill in bot­tom of glass. Stir in lime juice, Worces­ter­shire, and hot pep­per sauce. Sea­son with kosher salt and black pep­per. Add gin, then tonic and ice. Makes 1 serv­ing.
