SPICY TOMATO GIN & TONIC
Garnish with serrano chiles, fresh dill, cucumber, and/or lime wedges. start to finish 10 minutes
1/2 cup assorted tiny tomatoes,
1 Tbsp. lime juice
Splash Worcestershire sauce
Splash bottled hot pepper
1 oz. gin (2 Tbsp.)
2 oz. tonic water (1/4 cup)
1. Rub the rim of a 12-oz. glass with the cut side of a tomato. Dip rim in steak seasoning to coat. Using a wooden spoon, mash tomatoes and dill in bottom of glass. Stir in lime juice, Worcestershire, and hot pepper sauce. Season with kosher salt and black pepper. Add gin, then tonic and ice. Makes 1 serving.
