prep 20 min­utes bake 22 min­utes at 375° F

2 eggs, lightly beaten

1/4 cup milk

11/2 cups Kashi® Golean® Orig­i­nal ce­real,

crushed

11/2 cups corn­flakes, crushed

1/3 cup snipped fresh basil

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. ground black pep­per

6 skin­less, bone­less chicken breast

halves (about 2 lb. to­tal) 1. Pre­heat oven to 375° F. Grease a 15×10×1- inch bak­ing pan; set aside. In a shal­low dish com­bine eggs and milk. In an­other shal­low dish com­bine crushed ce­re­als, basil, salt, and pep­per. Dip chicken into egg mix­ture, then into ce­real mix­ture, turn­ing to coat.

2. Ar­range chicken in the pre­pared bak­ing pan, mak­ing sure the pieces do not touch. Sprin­kle with any re­main­ing ce­real mix­ture.

3. Bake 22 to 25 min­utes or un­til chicken is done ( 165° F). Do not turn chicken while bak­ing. Serve with honey. Makes 6 serv­ings.
