Scis­sors Oilcloth Ad­he­sive cork shelf liner Hot-glue gun Iron Hole punch Gold elas­tic cord­ing

COASTER Cut 5×5-inch pieces of oilcloth and cork. Ad­here cork to back of oilcloth. Iron cork on low heat to smooth. Punch cor­ners.

TASSELS For each coaster, cut four 2×8-inch pieces of oilcloth. Fringe along long edge of each strip, leav­ing a 1/2-inch bor­der. Fold a 3-inch piece of elas­tic cord­ing in half, and glue cut ends to one end of the fringed oilcloth. Roll strip from cord edge, glu­ing as you go. Let dry. Pull cord loop through hole in coaster; pull tas­sel through loop to se­cure.
