VANILLA COCONUT CREAM SMOOTHIE

½ cup canned coconut milk, chilled

overnight 1 cup unsweetene­d coconut milk

( from carton, not canned) 3 Medjool dates, pitted ⅛ tsp. vanilla bean seeds ¼ tsp. vanilla extract 3 Tbs. unsweetene­d shredded coconut 1 Tbs. coconut butter 5 ice cubes Place all ingredient­s in blender and blend on high until smooth. Enjoy!
