MORNING SUNSHINE SMOOTHIE
Serves 2 This powerful anti- inflammatory, detox, and immunity blend is sweet and rich in antioxidants. Pair with your favorite breakfast protein such as eggs or turkey sausage for a complete meal.
1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice 1 medium red grapefruit, peel and pith
removed, seeded, and cut into chunks 1 orange, peeled and segmented ½ small avocado, pitted and peeled 5 drops alcohol- free liquid stevia, or to taste 1 cup ice cubes
1. Throw all ingredients except ice cubes into blender, and blast on high 30 seconds, or until smooth and creamy.
2. Add ice, and blast a few seconds more, until smooth and chilled.
