1 pack­age straw­berry gelatin

1 cup water

1 cup sour cream, prefer­ably or­ganic

2 cups sliced fresh pineap­ple

½ cup honey

½ cup mace ( or ½ tsp. nut­meg)

Heat water to boil­ing point and dis­solve in gelatin mix. Let cool to luke­warm, then add cream and mix well. Pour into in­di­vid­ual molds, or large mold.

Pare pineap­ple and cut into cubes. Heat honey with mace but do not let it reach the boil­ing point. Pour the warm honey over pineap­ple, and let it stand for a few min­utes. Serve with gelatin.
