1 package strawberry gelatin
1 cup water
1 cup sour cream, preferably organic
2 cups sliced fresh pineapple
½ cup honey
½ cup mace ( or ½ tsp. nutmeg)
Heat water to boiling point and dissolve in gelatin mix. Let cool to lukewarm, then add cream and mix well. Pour into individual molds, or large mold.
Pare pineapple and cut into cubes. Heat honey with mace but do not let it reach the boiling point. Pour the warm honey over pineapple, and let it stand for a few minutes. Serve with gelatin.
