Quick Ranch Dip

Serves 10 Re­search shows that kids are 80 per­cent more likely to eat bit­ter veg­eta­bles when they’re served with dip. But most store­bought dips use added sug­ars as a lead­ing in­gre­di­ent. This recipe has zero added sugar. It goes per­fectly with the Chef Salad Skew­ers.

1 cup plain low- fat Greek yo­gurt 1 tsp. dried dill 1 tsp. dried chives 1 tsp. gar­lic pow­der 1 tsp. dried pars­ley 1 tsp. dry mus­tard 2 tsp. lemon juice Salt and black pep­per, to taste

Com­bine all in­gre­di­ents in medium bowl, and mix well. Serve im­me­di­ately, or store in air­tight con­tainer in re­frig­er­a­tor for up to a week. Serve with skew­ers, a plate of raw veg­gies, and/ or toasted pita chips.
