Quick Ranch Dip
Serves 10 Research shows that kids are 80 percent more likely to eat bitter vegetables when they’re served with dip. But most storebought dips use added sugars as a leading ingredient. This recipe has zero added sugar. It goes perfectly with the Chef Salad Skewers.
1 cup plain low- fat Greek yogurt 1 tsp. dried dill 1 tsp. dried chives 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. dried parsley 1 tsp. dry mustard 2 tsp. lemon juice Salt and black pepper, to taste
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl, and mix well. Serve immediately, or store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to a week. Serve with skewers, a plate of raw veggies, and/ or toasted pita chips.
