Makes about ⅓ cup
¼ cup turmeric powder ½ tsp. ground black pepper ½ cup water
Combine all ingredients in small pot, and heat over medium- low heat. Whisk or stir until mixture forms a very thick paste, about 5 minutes. Transfer to glass jar, and store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks. To use, take ¼ tsp. twice per day, or incorporate into another recipe.
