The Howard County Sheriff's Department reported the following activity:

Note – Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 105 inmates at the time of this report.

• MORGAN DIONE AUSBIE, 24, was arrested by BSPD on warrants for driving onto or from controlled access highway where prohibited and violating promise to appear.

• BRANDI DAVISSON, 31, was arrested by BSPD on a charge of theft (less than $100).

• ERICK DAVE HERNANDEZ, 40, was arrested by DPS on warrants for probation violation-possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1, and probation violation-failure to identify.

• CODY LEE MITCHELL, 33, was arrested by BSPD on a warrant for bondsman off bond-possession of marijuana (less than two ounces).

• MARCELLO JACINTO RANGEL, 19, was arrested by BSPD on a warrant for burglary of a vehicle

• NEAL LAVALE SAMPLE, 25, was arrested by HCSO on warrants for manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance penalty group 1 (less than one gram), and manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance penalty group 1 (one gram to four grams).

• RACHEL JEAN SURA, 30, was arrested by BSPD on a warrant for revoke personal recognizance bond/criminal trespass.
