The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity:

• SAMUEL HERNANDEZ, 67, of 2705 Hernandez Road was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicate­d second offense.

• KEVIN WAYNE PAYTON, 24, of 1205 College, was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass – property/building/aircraft/vehicle.

• REBECCA LYNN COMSTOCK, 37, of 509 S. Johnson Street, was arrested for theft -mail less than or equal to 10 addresses.

• JUAN BURROLA MARQUEZ JR., 58, of 608 NW 8th Street, was arrested on a warrant from other agency.

• DAVID WAYNE OBRIEN, 41, of 5807 Walter Road, was arrested on a charge of public intoxicati­on.

• MICHAEL ANTHONY JUAREZ, 36, of 1611 Cardinal was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicate­d.

• THEFT was reported in the 900 block of N. Lamesa Highway.

• UNWANTED SUBJECT was reported in the 500 block of Westover Road.

• BURGLARY OF HABITATION was reported in the 600 block of Baylor Boulevard.

• ASSAULT was reported in the 3600 block of W. Hwy 80.

• SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY was reported in the 200 block of E. 7th Street; 1700 block of E. FM 700; 4200 block of Muir Street.

• STOLEN VEHICLE was reported in the 2200 block of Nolan Street.

• CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ABUSE was reported in the 1700 block of S. Lancaster Street.

• DOMESTIC DISTURBANC­E was reported in the 1500 block of Kentucky Way; 900 block of E. Culp Avenue; in the area of Howard and Sterling.

• IDENTITY THEFT was reported in the 3600 block of W. Hwy 80; 3600 block of W. Hwy 80.

• DISTURBANC­E was reported in the 2600 block of Larry Drive.
