The Howard County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity:

Note – Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 95 inmates at the time of this report.

• RUDOLPH AVALOS JR., 34, was arrested by BSPD on a charge of parole violation – unlawful possession of firearm.

• MISTY NICOLE BABCOCK, 36, was arrested by BSPD on a charge of driving while license invalid (DWLI) (x2).

• JATAVIEN BREHM, 18, was arrested by BSPD on a charge of criminal mischief between $100 and $750.

• MICHAEL DEVORENCE GREEN, 32, was arrested by BSPD on a charge of disregard stop sign, violate promise to appear and parole violation – fraudulent use.

• ROGER BRUCE HANSON, 65, was arrested by BSPD on a charge of fraud use/possession identifying information # items and possession of controlled substance between four grams and 200 grams.

• NATHAN ALAN RITZ, 37, was arrested by BSPD on a charge of possession of controlled substance less than one gram and unlawful possession firearm by felon.
