Raymond Harrison

Raymond Harrison, 75, of Coahoma died Monday, Jan. 24, 2022. Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Coahoma Cemetery.

Raymond was born on August 13, 1946 in Breckenridge, TX to Earlene and C.W. Harrison. He married Diane Bills on Nov. 24, 1967 in Breckenridge. He had been in Howard County since 1984.

Raymond was part of the Masonic Lodge 598. He retired from the Army after 20 years as Sergeant 1st Class. He was a proud Vietnam veteran. He was an avid Cowboy and Texas Rangers fan.

Raymond is survived by his wife of 54 years Diane Harrison of Coahoma, TX; 1 son: Lee Harrison (Sherry) of New Braunfels, TX; 1 daughter: Christy Brooks (John) of Big Spring; 1 daughter in law: Nikki Harrison of Cleveland, TX; 1 brother: Marvin Harrison; 3 sisters-in-law: Marti Hollis of Breckenridge, Melinda Meroney (Carl) of Odessa, & Rose Harrison of Breckenridge; 13 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren and 1 on way.

Raymond was preceded in death by his parents, 1 son: Brad Harrison; 1 grandson: Christian Arnet; & brother-in-law: Bill Hollis.
