“The Golden Girls” (Hallmark Channel, Tuesday, May 10, and Wednesday, May 11): Fans of this enduringly popular sitcom likely are always interested in seeing it from the beginning, and an encore of the 1985 pilot episode (“The Engagement”) affords that opportunity. Blanche (Rue Mcclanahan) is on the verge of leaving her Miami housemates Dorothy and Rose (Bea Arthur, Betty White), but things change when her fiance (Frank Aletter) is caught in a scandal ... and when Dorothy’s mother Sophia (Estelle Getty) arrives to stay.
