EDC to consider Pipeline agreement Tuesday
The Big Spring Economic Development Corporation's board of directors will meet at 5:15 p.m. Tuesday at the EDC office, 215 W. Third Street.
The meeting is open to the public.
Following the call to order, invocation and pledge, the board will hear public comment.
Action items on the agenda include approval of the April 19 board minutes, and of the investment report and financials for April.
The board will consider approval of a rightof-way agreement with Medallion Pipeline Company LLC, and also an engagement letter from Bolinger, Segars, Gilbert and Moss LLP for the 2021-22 annual audit. The board will hear EDC Executive Director Mark Willis' regular report, and will have an opportunity to comment on items of interest before the meeting is adjourned.
