Election reimbursement on County agenda

The Howard County Commissioners will hold a workshop and meeting on Monday.

The workshop is scheduled for 9 a.m. in the Judge's Conference Room on the second floor of the Howard County Courthouse, 300 S. Main Street.

The regular session meeting is scheduled at 3:30 p.m. in the third-floor courtroom of the courthouse..

County Treasurer Sharon Adams will present personnel considerations in a closed executive session, before presenting her monthly Treasurer's Report for April and an item on Time Value Investments.

County Auditor Jackie Olson will present invoices, purchase requests, budget amendments, and purchasing guidelines.

Olson will also present items on the radio fund and reimbursement of the Suddenlink bill for elections.

Justice of the Peace for Precinct 1, Place 2, Mike Averette will present an action relating to personnel matters in closed session.

County Road Engineer Brian Klinksiek will present a request to purchase a load of emulsion for road

Seerepairs, a request to replace the ice machine at the Road and Bridge facility, and will present his roadway maintenance update.

Commissioners will have an opportunity to present items for future agendas prior to the meeting's adjournment.

The meetings are open to the public.
