Police Report

The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity:

• JUAN JUAREZ JR., 52, of 1506 Mesa, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.

• RICKIE DELL HAIR, 45, of 115 S. Ave. M, Post, Texas, was arrested on charges of public intoxication, resisting arrest, search or transport, possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 (less than one gram), and an outstanding warrant from another agency.

• ILSE M. LUJAN CHAVEZ, 26, of 1207 8th St. N.W., Demming, New Mexico, was arrested on a charge of theft of property (less than $100-shoplifting).

• JAMES MARTIN GARZA, 25, of 2109 S. Johnson St., was arrested on charges of evading arrest/ detention previously convicted state jail felony, and public intoxication.

• LUCINDA RAMIREZ FLORES, 34, of 1007 Sycamore St., was arrested on warrants for no safety seat system for child less than eight or less than 4”9” tall, no drivers license, and two other outstanding warrants from another agency.

• LEALONI AGUADO, 26, of 1409 Park St., was arrested on warrants for driving with invalid license and expired registration.

• ALEJANDRA MARIA VILLA, 19, of 2308 Runnels, was arrested on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported in the 900 block of Golf Course Rd.

• BURGLARY OF A BUILDING was reported in the 3300 block of E. FM 700

• THEFT was reported in the 200 block of W. FM 700.

• ASSAULT was reported in the 2000 block of Scurry St., and the 1600 block of Martin Luther King.
