The Howard County Sheriff's Department reported the following activity:

Note – Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 99 inmates at the time of this report.

• EDWARD AGUILAR, 40, was arrested by BSPD on charges of aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

• MATTHEW OSCAR ARMENDARIZ, 25, was arrested by BSPD on charges of prohibited weapon knuckles, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• BRETT AARON BENNETT, 30, was arrested by BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.

• TOMMY LOPEZ BERNAL, 45, was arrested by BSPD on charges of driving with invalid license with previous conviction or suspension, possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 (less than one gram), and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• CANYON LEE CRENSHAW, 19, was arrested by HCSO on warrants for violation of probations-possession of a dangerous drug, and violation of probation-possession of marijuana.

• WESLEY ALLEN EDMONDSON, 31, was arrested by HCSO on a warrant for evading arrest or detention with vehicle.

• RAY ANTHONY GARCIA, 20, was arrested by BSPD on charges of bail jumping/failure to appear and assault family violence.

• LUIS ALBERTO GARFIAS, 31, was arrested by BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.

• RICHARD PAUL LYONS, 63, was arrested by BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.

• CODY LEE MITCHELL, 33, was arrested by BSPD on a warrant for bondman off bond-possession of marijuana (less than two ounces).

• BRANDON ANTHONY MORAN, 29, was arrested by BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.

• BRANDON DEAN NEAGLE, 36, was arrested by BSPD on charges of failure to identify as a fugitive or intentionally giving false identifying information and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.

• ALAN DEXTER OWENS, 32, was arrested by BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.

• DAILYN IVORY POLK, 18, was arrested by BSPD on a charge of evading arrest or detention.

• CHAD LEE PUGA, 34, was arrested by BSPD on charges of possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 (one gram to four grams), and possession of marijuana (less than two ounces).

• ANGEL HILARIO RAMIREZ, 27, was arrested by BSPD on a warrant for bail jumping/failure to appear.

• WILLIAM ELGIN SNEED, 44, was arrested by HCSO on a warrant for bail jumping/failure to appear.

• COLTON JON SPECK, 27, was arrested by BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.

• KRISTIN NICHOLE THAMEZ, 23, was arrested by HCSO on a charge of public intoxication.
