Leadership skills, motivation for innovation and more can be expected for those who attend the upcoming Leadership Session hosted by Family Faith Center. Guest Speaker Richard Montanez, inventor of the Flamin’ Hot Cheetos, will be delivering his story of how he reached his pinnacle of success.

Montanez will be speaking inside the Grand Ballroom at Hotel Settles on Monday, Sept, 7 at 10 a.m. This leadership session is open to the public and free of charge.

“We highly encourage the community to attend, participate and be refreshed and enlightened in business leadership principles,” Pastor Sam Segundo with Family Faith Center, said. “Montanez will ignite and elevate your new small business or your current major corporation into higher levels of influence and impact.”

Richard Montanez is known for his visionary leadership and ability to develop new products and systems. He has been recognized as one of the most influential Hispanic leaders in the United States by Newsweek and Fortune. His story is another rags to riches type, considering he never completed high school and has

no college degree. However, through his life experienes he has gained valuable lessons along the way and teaches leadership to MBA students at a Califronia university.

Big Spring residents will have an opportunity to listen to one of of his speeches next week, at the Hotel Settles. Another presentation will take place at Family Faith Center on Tuesday, Sept. 8.
