approval for plumbing and drainage repairs at the Courthouse. In addition to repair invoices, the Commissioners approved invoices for LED lighting at the Tax Office and generators once clarification is reached on model numbers. Also part of the approval process was the Sound System at the Courthouse.
Olson also informed the Commissioners that no bids were received regarding the county owned property at 3707 Old County Airport Road.
Road Engineer Brian Klinksiek had no new road maintenance updates for the Commissioner's Court on Monday. Information was provided on the CTIF Grant Agreement and approval was provided for Klinksiek to sign any invoices and grant related paperwork for the CTIF grant. At this time, the Commissioners chose to not alter the CTIF Grant Project list.
Commissioner in Pct. 4 John Cline updated the Commissioners of plumbing issues in the basement of the Courthouse. Approval was requested and provided for bids to be sought on someone to fix the cracked sewer line pipes in the basement.
Due to lack of information, the release of right of way in the
Sherdin Subdivision was tabled.
After a short executive session the Commissioners decided to allow Commissioner Cline to continue negotiations on county owned land.

• Treasurer's monthly payroll report, which when received Howard County Judge Kathryn Wiseman pointed out there are 164 full-time and nine part-time staff members employed.

• Appoint outside auditing firm for the 2019-2020 fiscal year which will be the same firm as last year
