BSEDC Board of Trustees to convene Tuesday evening at 5:15

The Big Spring Economic Development Corporation will be holding a regular meeting on Tuesday, at 5:15 p.m. at 215 W. Third Street, in the EDC Board Room.

The meeting will begin with a call to order followed by the Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance.

There will be a section for public comment for those wishing to address the EDC Board members. After public comments conclude, the board will move into action items.

Routine items will include approval of minutes of the August 18, 2020 regular meeting followed by the August Investment Report and Financials.

The board will also be reviewing the Leading EDG contract before heading into the 2019-2020 annual report. The 2020-2021 Plan of Work will possibly be approved as well. The Depository Bids for 2020-2022 will also go for approval from the board.

New Executive Director Mark Willis will deliver the Director's Report followed by Board Comment, before the meeting adjourns for the evening.
