Virginia Blair Pherigo, 78, of Big Spring, Texas passed away on Sept. 21, 2020. She will lie in state on Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2020, and a funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2020 at Spring Creek Fellowship.
