J.R. “Bob/Pa” Ballard, 87, of Big Spring passed away Saturday, Sept. 26, 2020, at his residence. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 28, 2020, at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be at 10 a.m., Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2020, at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel. Burial will follow at Trinity Memorial Park.
