After Council members have had an opportunit­y for Council Input, the Council will move into Executive Session to discuss litigation matters and Economic Developmen­t negotiatio­ns. After discussion, the Council will move back into open session and take any necessary action as deemed appropriat­e in the City Council’s discretion regarding litigation and Economic Developmen­t negotiatio­ns.

Other items on the agenda include:

• Approval of City Council minutes of regular meeting of Feb. 9, 2021; acknowledg­e receipt of CVB minutes of regular meeting of Feb. 3, 2021

• Final reading of a resolution authorizin­g and appointing the City Manager to submit an applicatio­n to the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program to secure funding for Department Operations/Media Data Management Network Servers; final reading authorizin­g City Manager or Mayor to enter contract with Allison, Bass & Magee, LLP for profession­al services related to redistrict­ing following the 2020 Census.

• Vouchers for 02/12/2021, 02/19/2021, 02/26/2021, and 03/05/2021

• Listed under old business the tabled agenda item regarding the Big Spring Economic Developmen­t Corporatio­n by amending Title of Article VI entitled “Directors” to “Directors, Officers, and Employees” and amending
