NazFamily Church

This Sunday

“These people who have been turning the world upside down have come here also…” (Acts 17:6b) One of the primary accusations against early Christians was that they were part of a radical movement committed to changing the world. Jesus didn’t come to start a stale institution. He came to announce His rule and reign. He came to initiate a kingdom movement that would turn lives around and flip the world upside down. We are invited, not to come sit in a service, but to become part of the revolution. Join the Kingdom Revolution this Sunday at NazFamily Church!

Healing & Revival Weekend

“Jesus went through all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom and healing every disease and sickness.” (Matthew 9:35) We believe that He still heals today. Pastor Paul Baskin will lead a special healing and revival weekend at NazFamily Church on March 19-21. Services will be at 6:30pm on Friday & Saturday, and 10:00am on Sunday.

On Sunday March 7, Pastor Ricky continued with his Lenten series on the “Last Week of the Life of Jesus”. Pastor Ricky shared with us about the Celebration of the New Covenant from the gospel of Mark 14:12-26. Pastor Ricky wanted us to consider what all was involved in the Passover and for us to notice the changes which Jesus made. The Passover commemorated Israel’s deliverance from slavery in Egypt. Preparation took place Thursday before 6 P.M., which according to Jewish time was the start of Friday. During this last supper, Jesus instituted a new observance. This reminds us of a slavery of individual sin and a greater deliverance than that of Egypt; that is our deliverance from the penalty of sin. The covenant with Israel was with a nation. The New Covenant was with individuals based on love. This coming Sunday, Pastor Ricky will be continuing in his Lenten series.

We look forward to seeing you.
