The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity:

• JOSEPH ALTON MURLEY, 42, of 1405 Tucson Road, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.

• KELLY ERIN PITTMAN, 33, of 705 E. 15th Street, was arrested on a charge of burglary of habitation.

• MANUEL REY CHAVARRIA, 38, of 2535 Gunter Circle, was arrested on warrant from other agency (x3), possession of controlled substance less than one gram and possession of marijuana less than or equal to two ounces.

• FOUND PROPERTY was reported in the 2600 block of S. Gregg Street.

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

1500 block of E. 17th Street.

• ASSAULT was reported in the 500 block of Westover Road.
