The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity:

• ANTHONY PAUL MUNOZ, 62, transient, was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass.

• JAMES HENRY HARDMON JR, 32, of 1404 Pacific in Coahoma, was arrested on a charge of evading arrest/detention.

• BRANDON COLE BUSH, 28, of 10350 CR 203 in Brownwood, Texas, was arrested on a charge of forgery government financial instrument.

• ELVIERIA BRITO ATKINSON, 61, of 4202 Old Colorado City, was arrested on a charge of assault family violence threat or offensive touch.

• MOISES GALLARDO-CASTANEDA, 21, of 2346 Burning Light Dr. of Dallas, Texas, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated BAC greater than or equal to 0.15.

• ISAAC JAMES TARIN, 28, of 1907 S. Main Street, was arrested on a charge of fail to identifyfugitive give false information.

• PAULA JEAN BARBER, 57, of 1210 Mulberry, was arrested on a charge of warrant from other agency and possession of controlled substance between four grams and 200 grams.

• FREDRICK RUBIO JR. 32, of 2208 Lynn Drive, was arrested on a charge of fail to appear and drove without being secured by safety belt.

• FRANK ANDREW MONTEMAYOR, 23, of 1100 E. 350 Highway, was arrested on a charge of burglary habitation, warrant from other agency (x3).

• PATRICK JON MAY, 42, of 1101 E. Sixth Street, was arrested on a charge of evading arrest/detention with vehicle or watercraft.

• ANGELICA RAQEL MOJICA, 22, of 1207 Sycamore Street, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication and theft of property between $750 and $2,500 all other.

• RICKI DAN PRUIETT, 60, of 100 Jonesboro Road, was arrested on a warrant from other agency (x2).

• BURGLARY OF A HABITATION was reported in the 400 block of Hillside Drive.

• BURGLARY OF BUILDING was reported in the 1600 block of E. FM 700.

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

• DISTURBANCE was reported at in the 1100 block of E. Sixth Street; 4200 block of Old Colorado City Highway.

• THEFT was reported in the 4200 block of Old Colorado City Highway.

• ACCIDENT MAJOR was reported at 3rd and Gregg.

• FOUND PROPERTY was reported in the 3600 block of W. Hwy 80.

• DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE was reported in the 1000 block of E. 12th Street; 100 block of Jonesboro.

• SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY was reported in the 1200 block of Lloyd Avenue; 100 block of S. Main Street.

• UNATTENDED DEATH was reported in the 1600 block of Martin Luther King Blvd.

• ASSAULT was reported in the area of North Gregg and 12th Street.

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported in the 100 block of E. 2nd Street.

• HIT AND RUN was reported in the 1700 block of S. Aylesford.

• UNWANTED SUBJECT was reported in the 1700 block of Wasson Road; 700 block of W. I-20.

• IDENTITY THEFT was reported in the 1800 block of S. Gregg Street.
