Police blotter

The Howard County Sheriff's Department reported the following activity:

Note – Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 100 inmates at the time of this report.

• DAVID CANALES JR, 35, was arrested by HCSO on a charge of bail jumping and fail to appear, assault family violence, parole violation.

• LEON DETRICK EDDINGTON, 42, was arrested by BSPD on a charge of assault causes bodily injury.

• RAFAEL GARCIA, 59, was arrested by BSPD on a charge of bond forfeiture/hinder secured.

• YARA JASMINE RAMIREZ, 24, was arrested by BSPD on a charge of parole violation.

• FREDRICK RUBIO JR, 32, was arrested by BSPD on a charge of ride, not secured by safety belt, violate promise to appear, evading arrest detention.
