The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity:

• MATTHEW MENDOZA, 41, of 1903 S. Monticello Street, was arrested on a charge of criminal mischief impair/interrupt/divert public water.

• JAMELA SHANTIL OVERTON , 30, of 2706 S. Monticello Street, was arrested on a warrant from other agency.

• EMMANUELL RAMON HERNANDEZ, 21, of 1410 E. 18th of Odessa, was arrested on a charge of indecency with child sexual contact.

• PATRICK MATHEW RIOS, 28, of 700 Lorilla Street, was arrested on a warrant from other agency.

• THEODORE E. RIOS JR, 30, of 1505 E. Cherokee Street, was arrested on a warrant from other agency (x2) and possession of marijuana less than or equal to two ounces.

• JOSHUA LINZY OWEN, 37, transient, was arrested on a charge of public intoxicati­on.

• QUENTIN MARCEL VANDERBILT, 34, of 2624 Langley, was arrested on possession of controlled substance between four grams and 200 grams.

• PHILLIP CHESTER ALDERS, 30, of 4404 Elder, was arrested on a warrant from other agency (x4).

• LIONSO LEE JIMENEZ III, 42, of 1010 NW 2nd Street, was arrested on a charge of theft of property between $100 and $750 shopliftin­g.

• KEITH WAYNE HITT, 48, of 1513 E. Presidio in Fort Worth, was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana less than or equal to two ounces and possession of drug parapherna­lia.

• CATON SHEA POWELL, 29, of 538 Westover Road, was arrested on a warrant from other agency.

• SONYA GAY BIDDLE, 51, of 4924 Wasson Road, was arrested on a warrant from other agency (x2).

•CARLOS BURROLAS MARQUEZ , 60, of 610 NW 8th Street, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicate­d third or more.

• JONATHAN ROBERT ADAIR, 26, of 300 S. Bentwood was arrested on a charge of possession of controlled substance less than one gram.

• DESIREE DENISE MARTINEZ, 25, of 1401 Delmar of Midland, was arrested on a warrant from other agency.

• RICKIE DELL HAIR, 47, of 102 Merrick, was arrested on a charge of driving while license suspended/invalid previous conviction, warrant from other agency (x2).

• JACOB ACE LEYVA, 40, of 2523 Bastes Street, was arrested on a warrant from other agency.

• ANJELAH HILARIO, 19, of 1002 N. Main Street, was arrested on a charge of criminal mischief between $100 and $750.

• DISTURBANC­E was reported in the 1000 block of Howell Street; 2500 block of Hunter Drive.

• ACCIDENT MAJOR was reported in the area of 15th and Goliad.
