- By ROGER CLINE Herald Staff Writer Apostle Sadallie I. Cole Sr.

A non-denominational church, formerly of Killeen, is settling down in Big Spring.

“The name of our church is

True Deliverance Ministries International,” said Marie Alderman, business manager.

“Our headquarters is in Killeen, Texas. We are a community outreach church.”

Alderman said the church will be involved in missions work locally.

“We’re going to have temporary housing for women there,” she said. “We’re going to do a food pantry and a clothes closet. Our services will be Tuesday Bible study at 7 and Sundays, 11 a.m. worship.”

The church will start off its local presence with a bang, hosting revival services at 7 p.m. Thursday and Friday this week, with Apostle Sadallie I. Cole Sr. leading the services and presenting the message. The church will be located at 1209 Wright Street in Big Spring, adjacent to the Big Spring Police Department headquarters. According to Alderman, Cole will be the senior pastor over the church’s Big Spring location.

“Then we’re training others that will be the regular pastor,” she said. “He’s the senior pastor and founder.”

The church is interested in making a difference in the local community, but need local volunteers to help out.

“We’re just looking for those who desire to help in the community, because we need a lot of help to run the food pantry, the clothes closet and the temporary shelter,” she said. “Volunteers are welcome!”

The church is on Facebook at https:// www.facebook.com/tdmihq1.
