The Howard County Detention Center reported the following activity for May 12-16:

• RUDY JOSEPH AMESQUITA, 34, of 2606 Lynn, was arrested on a charge of financial abuse of the elderly greater than or equal to $2,500 but less than $30,000.

• ROSS PAUL BALLANCE, 61, of 5403 SR, was arrested on a charge of Class C assault.

• JASON LEE BULLARD, 40, of 2908 Cherokee, was arrested on a charge of assault causes bodily injury family member.

• JORGE ORNALAS FRANCO JR., 33, of 1702 S. Monticello, was arrested on a charge of public intoxicati­on.

• CHERICE MARIE MAYES, 39, of 2517 Gunter, was arrested on a charge of FTA/possession of a controlled substance PG 1/1-B less than 1 gram.

• DAVID DANIEL MURPHY, 36, of 1100 Nolan St., was arrested on a charge of burglary of a building.

• REBECCA L. SMITH, 55, of 2200 S. Main, was arrested on charges of burglary of a building and possession of marijuana less than 2 oz.

• SALVADOR TREVIÑO, 48, of P.O. Box 2333, was arrested on a charge of BOB/assault causes bodily injury family member and parole violation.

• EMILIA ALVAREZ, 36, of 402 NE 11th Pl., was arrested on 4 counts of bail jumping and fail to appear. • MICHAEL DALE ANDERSON, 41, of 2511 March Circle, was arrested on a probation violation.

• MARK ARRENDONDO, 24, of 3604 Boulder, was arrested on a charge of fail to identify fugitive from justice.

• DANIEL GALVAN, 18, of 2611 Cindy Ln., was arrested on a probation violation evading in a vehicle.

• SHELITA JEAN ATKINSON DUPREE, 53, of 4202 Old Colorado City Hwy, was arrested on warrants for bail jumping and fail to appear.

• ERIK JACOB GUTIERREZ, 34, of 204 Circle Dr., was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicate­d 3rd or more offense.

• MALORY MARIE LUNA, 32, of 507 E. 15th St., was arrested on a charge of MTA assault with a deadly weapon.

• DISTURBANC­E was reported at 4202 Old Colorado City Hwy.

• THEFT was reported at 306 NE 12th St.

• BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE was reported at 3613 W. Hwy 80.

• THEFT was reported at 800 W. I-20.

• ASSAULT was reported at 1601 Martin Luther King Blvd.
