On the management side, R&B singer Trinidad Cardona signed to Def Jam, while Jarjour and client Starrah co-founded publishing venture 3:02 Music Group, negotiating partnership terms with Pulse Music Group. He calls producersongwriter Starrah “a trailblazer of creating more representation and equality within the music industry,” adding that the five businesses he has invested in this year “have been female-founded, and the data indicates female founders exit 25% faster and at higher valuations than their male counterparts.”
