Experience the butterfly life cycle up close.

A surprising number of butterflies survive in the hot, dry habitat of the desert. Each spring and fall, Desert Botanical Garden hosts hundreds of fluttering beauties that are found around the Southwest. Drop by the nursery to see the butterflies in different life stages, and if you’re very lucky you may see one emerging from its chrysalis. The spring exhibit is open until May 10.
